At Els Pescadors, the Menu of the Day is created each morning using the best fresh produce available from the market and the fish auction. It is not a fixed menu: it is a living proposal that changes with the season, the sea and the chef’s inspiration.
It includes a balanced selection of starters, rice dishes, and fish or seafood as the main course, followed by dessert, designed to offer a complete, fresh and authentically Mediterranean experience.
